Ordering: By placing an order, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. All repeatable clothing/garments and accessories are made to order and will take roughly 5-6 days to be made. This can take longer if you have opted for the made-to-measure option.
Hats and head pieces can take from 2-4 weeks to be made, please allow for this when ordering.
In most cases, stock items and sale items are strictly one-off and once sold, will not be reproduced. This is stated in item description. It is advisable to order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment!
Payment:
All Payments Shall be made through PayPal, Google Checkout or Nochex which accepts all major credit and Debit cards and is very well known for its security. Goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Discount Codes: You, as the customer are responsible to remember to enter your discount code at the checkout when you pay. Discounts can not be applied after you have put through your transaction.
Shipping:
Shipping Charges can be seen here. We aim to dispatch goods within 7 working days of receiving payment using a recorded or special delivery Royal Mail service.
Orders from abroad will be shipped using a courier service, and will be trackable. You as the customer shall be responsible for any Local Taxes which you may need to pay to receive your package. Mailing List: If you have submitted your email to recieve updates, we envisage to send bi-monthly emails. You will only be send an email in between if there is an upcoming event which we have not informed you of. We will not pass your details onto other companies, nor send any spam or junk mail. Images and Photographs:
All of the images and photographs on this website are subject to Copyright and belong to Larysa Kucak or MarcusT. Permission must strictly be sought for any images past or present to be used. Colours/fabrics:
Should you be unsure of any items regarding their colour, texture or fabric, please email/contact us before any purchases. We will happily send samples where available so that you will be able to match colours or check. Monitor settings will vary on all computers and images will have variations in comparison to the actual garment/item.
Sizing:
In all cases we try to list the sizes carefully and add any notes regarding specific measurements wherever possible. If you are unsure regarding anything, please contact us before purchasing and we shall send you a detail of all the measurements. If you are worried, it may be worth opting for the Made-to-Measure service.
Made-to-Measure Service:
This service will incur additional charges and will be estimated in accordance to the garment/item purchased. It is your responsibility, as the customer to make arrangements to visit the studio for fittings. This service is generally charged by the hour and is £15 per hour. The time in question is only for the time spent on fittings, not the construction of the garment. This cost is on top of the cost of the garment.
Customers abroad: If you live too far away to attend any fittings, then an Emailed detailed form of all measurements can be arranged. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your measurements prior to emailing them to us. Should you wish a Toile to be made up and sent to you to check the fit, this can also be arranged. Any Toile’s posted will incur additional postage and administration charges, which you are responsible for.
Sale/Sample Items:
All sale and sample items sold are excluded from the returns/refunds policy. Please be sure that you will be happy with the purchases prior to ordering them. All imperfections or conditions will be stated in descriptions. In most cases items are unused samples, or have only been used once or twice in photo shoots and in good condition. Please email us if you are unsure or would like more photographs or information.
Returns:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Item/s must be in their original condition and not been used or damaged in anyway. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.You must always return items using a Recorded and Trackable method and be able to provide proof of return postage.
Hiring:
Should you wish to hire any of the items for magazines, shoots or shows, please email us to discuss the relevant items and also see the seperate For Hire Terms and Conditions, which will need to be thoroughly read, understood and signed. Alternatively, you can also contact Larysa Via Model Mayhem.
